Okay, so in the time I've taken off I've put on some weight. Big surprise there huh? That's what you get when you don't exercise, are depressed and eat everything in sight. Well, it stops today.
My weigh in:
173.2 lbs
37% fat
45.9 % water
56 lbs muscle
26.2 BMI
My goal is to get down to 125-130 pounds. But, realistically, I'd like to get to 140 at a minimum.
